Sébastien’s practice focuses on competition law, commercial law and contract law.

Before setting up his own firm, Sébastien Dominguez worked for twenty years as a lawyer in the competition law teams of renowned Anglo-Saxon and French law firms, in particular Linklaters, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Ayache.

Sébastien Dominguez advises French and international companies in various sectors (international trade, import/export, distribution of goods and/or services), as well as professional associations (unions, federations) on their strategic issues. 

Sébastien’s activity covers many economic sectors, including industrial goods and products, services, transport, etc.

Sébastien works in French and English. Sébastien is also fluent in Spanish.

Sébastien Dominguez is a member of the French Association of Competition Law Attorneys (Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence, APDC)
